Fitbit screen

Hi my screen on my Fitbit is not working. It is still logging information that I can see when my phone syncs but the screen is dead...what can I do?

@Rivash_S - Hi and Welcome - not sure about this one but lets try a few things

1 on the underside do the green lights still work?

2, check the battery level on dashboard

3, connect it as if to recharge - do you see the battery symbol or charging icon

 

you may also want to try to restart your device (this can take upto 3 attempts to completely reboot) (Note - this is a restart not a factory reboot) to do this follow this link and choose the device you have

Yes, the green lights are on and I have been charging it using my phone's dashboard.
