The issue has started after a new version of the app back in December. I have called customer services and was told they are working on the issue and that it would be fixed soon. Being a premium customer for years, it is not what I'd expect at all from the app. I basically can't see how much calories I've burnt on any day, if I start a workout from my Pixel watch, with each minute it would register one burnt calorie. I know how much calories I usually burn on a day, so I've been entering rough calories burnt against workouts I've added manually, but it's not annoying that it still seems to be an issue. I can see from the forum that for some the latest update has done the trick, but not for me. I've done all the usual resets, uninstall, reinstall procedure, no change at all. Please help! 😞

Hi, @Bianka-Z213, welcome to the community, I note you've tried a number of resets etc. but still have this problem. May I suggest you delete & reinstall the Fitbit app again following this belt & braces procedure? Sync your Fitbit app on your phone> go to your phone settings>apps>Fitbit>force stop>clear storage>uninstall>go to your phone settings>connected devices & forget your Pixel watch>RESTART YOUR PHONE. Now reload the Fitbit app & sign in using your Google account, set up your PW and re-pair it to your Fitbit app. I have a PW2 Wifi with a pixel 8 Pro and I'm not replicating your experience, if these moves fail please post here again with details of which PW you have and the make, model & OS of your cellphone.
You may note we are expecting a PW update this month but still await more detailed advice on timing, it will roll out in waves once it's live.
I hope this helps, let us know how you get on by posting here again.
Cheers
