Fitbit still not syncing after Samsung updates

Starting a new thread as moderator said. I've flagged my issues many times and tried everything suggested. Nothing works. It is over a month now. I do not blame Samsung as they gave to give 1 months notice of their intended changes. Fitbit clearly don't put resources into fixing the Flex now. What is the point of a tracker that does not track? It's a complete disgrace.

Thank you - Android v7.0 it says. I've done everything advised multiple times and have had no fitbit for nearly 6 weeks. Absolute disgrace. How fitbit but think this is ok for so many people is beyond me. Either they should give me a new one that actually works or admit they don't put resources into the Flex anymore and give me a refund so I can buy a different brand. Shockingly bad.
