Hi there @Roeselerw, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I found your posts in the Android board and were posted in threads that does not have activity, so I wanted to step in and give you some help by moving your posts in an individual thread.
Your original concern was related to a thread where the tracker stopped connecting to the app. Would you mind to share more details on this behavior? Is this related to your second question?
In order to load the app is just require to download the Fitbit from the Google Play store and log back in using the same account. There is no need to pair your tracker again, but certain features might be require to re enable and provide the necessary access.
