Fitbit stopped syncing with Huawei P10 lite

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I can no longer sync my fitbit Charge HR with my app. After uninstallingl and reinstalling my app several times, when I want to sync, instead of showing "syncing" it warms me "looking" also my dashboard is no longer displayed as previously before reinstalling the app. Were any updates made to the app and that my phone is no longer compatible? Please provide your feedback. Thank you.

Perhaps the bigger mystery is how you were able to sync before! Fitbit say:

"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8 and P9 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones."

Ever since I have purchased a Huawei P10 lite in September 2017, I've been
able to sync between my app and the watch.

How can I now synchronise the information on my watch? With which app can I
do this? To see my steps, my calories, my heartbeat, sleep, etc...

Kindly advise.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge or Fitbit Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
  3. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
  4. Let go of the button.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
