Just purchased the alta HR. Trying to do the setup..my app keeps asking for the 4-digit number shown on the display..i have it plugged in and is charging(says the battery icon) but a number never came up on the screen. Now what? Ive turnedoff and on the Bluetooth many times, as well as unplugged and replugged the device. Nothing. Now what? Return to Verizon?

Here is something else to try, @J1973 — make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices in the room. I’ve seen that interfere in the past.
