How often do you sync your tracker? Note that in order to have your 7 days steps average count on your friends leaderboard, is require to have daily activity and your tracker syncs regularly during the day or at least one time per day to make sure your data is being uploaded to your Dashboard.
Your tracker has the ability to store at least 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. Summary data (calories, distance, and steps) will be stored for the trailing 30 days. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data in case your tracker has recorded information.
