Fitbit stopped syncing with my Samsung device 2 months ago so I get only calorie count on my phone. No steps at all. I get daily step count on my Fitbit device on my wrist but this vanishes at midnight and no data retained. I've tried EVERYTHING., including Fitbit helpdesk. Apparently at 2 years old my device isn't supported any more and not compatible with Samsung! Throwing Fitbitn in bin and going to try another tracker. Merry Xmas. Ax

As with any other app, our team optimized the Fitbit app to work on certain phones and tablets based on the requirements of each model and OS. Your Samsung phone might have fulfilled the minimum requirements to have been able to sync before, however we cannot guarantee a full performance if that phone or tablet isn't part of the official list. I understand how you're feeling about this matter and if you change of mind let me know so we can continue troubleshooting your Fitbit device together.

I just got mine and it worked fine all day yesterday but will not sync today
Says device not found.

Hello, I'd like to also note, that I'm also experiencing the same issues as I just started to use my Versa 2 with the Fitbit app on my Samsung Galaxy 10 phone yesterday. I continue to lose connection (not staying synced) and I'm unable to access features on app, as looks as there's no connection and continues to connect (spins) Extremely disappointing for a first time user.

To add, I've restarted my phone. Uninstalled and re-installed the Fitbit app and performance results have not improved
