Fitbit stopped wotking

Just randomly stopped. No display..nothibg wotks. Fully charged

Any suggestions?

I found a part of it on the inside has broken. It's not repairable.

@Ruthy62 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Fitbit device isn't working. How do you know that your tracker is fully charged? Do you see anything on the display when charging it? Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
