Is anyone else having syncing issues between the device and phone w/ the latest Android? I'm on a Pixel 2 so I got the latest update and I've noticed ever since I have updated it's not syncing anymore whether it's supposed to (all-day sync enabled) or I force it manually. Before I had to restart my watch (Blaze) and then delete it from the app to re-add it. Even then, when I re-added it it took a few tries for the app and watch to connect.

Yes, this seems to be a common problem. Fitbit are aware and are investigating. Keep an eye on the following thread which has their latest updates:
