Fitbit tracker not syncing with app

My tracker hasn't synched with the fitbit app since since Sept 25th. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. I've already read the troubleshooting section and have  tried restarting my phone, turning bluetooth off and on, uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app, fully charging my tracker, and have turned on all the location and synching options. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for troubleshooting on your own before posting in here.

 

Since you have already gone through all of those steps I'd recommend that you try to run the setup as if you were using a brand new Fitbit. That should help in getting your Fitbit to sync properly.
