Since syncing my new Fitbit it turns on driving mode on my phone which gives an auto reply that I  am driving. Anyone else? And suggestions.

Hi @Notesbug, welcome on board. It's nice to see you around.

Thanks for the information provided. While this sounds odd, I'd like to further investigate. Could you please provide me with more details about the "Driving Mode" you are talking about? Do you have another app running on the background besides the Fitbit app? I'd recommend to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. Also, close the Fitbit app from the open apps when you're driving, to see how it goes.

Keep me posted.

It says, auto reply. I'm driving right now get back to you later.
The only other bluetooth thing I have running is my cars sync which doesn't turn on unless I'm in the car.
My old Fitbit and the car didn't have this problem.
Thanks,
Notesbug

My fitbit does the very same thing so I had to unsync it, which I'm not happy about.  I have the samsung S8 and the FITBIT Alta HR.  I use my phone as my main communication device, primarily text messaging, since we do not have access to walkies and when the case mgr tried (on several occassions) to message me important into she received the auto driving message in reply.  Is there a fix?

Hi @Notesbug, I'm glad to see you here again. @Joyflowers1013, it's great to see a new face around! I'm sorry for my delayed response, and I'll keep helping you out.

I appreciate the steps that you've tried, as well for the information provided. I understand where are you coming from, and I'm sorry that you've had this experience. Our team has received feedback from our users who had this similar issue, which seemed to be related to Verizon messages+ app and Bluetooth. To work on this, I'd recommend to go to your message's settings, select "Bluetooth detection setup", and unchecked all Bluetooth devices that you do not want driving mode turned on for.

Give it a try and keep me posted! Robot wink
