Last Thursday, my Fitbit app randomly logged out of itself. I got a notification on my phone that said "Fitbit Sync Service - Last Synced: 1 day ago", and the number keeps going up. I tried to log into my account on the app and it says "Invalid email or password". I know that my email and password are correct because I have written records of all my login and password information. I tried to reset my password but I never received an email to reset it. So, I contacted fitbit-support via email, and now they are telling me: "Unfortunately we couldn't find an account associated with the email address you provided." I am having the same problem on the website as well, so I cannot access my account at all. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anyone I can talk to more immediately than waiting 5 days for each email reply? TIA

Seems odd that you're unable to login to your Fitbit account as normal, this is certainly not a common situation. Also, I recommend you to check your junk and spam folders for the password reset email in the meantime you receive a reply from our Support team.
