I just purchased the fitbit versa Lite. I tried to sync it to my new Galaxy S10 plus. I have tried multiple times to hook it to my Bluetooth uninstall it and to reinstall it . I finally gave up and called customer support and was told that it is a known issue and that they don't have a fix for it they are working on an update that has no Release date. There is no way to make the notifications work so they are selling us a product that has no way to sync to your phone

I haven't read about a sync issue with the S10, yes recently the S10 developed an issue with text messages.
You say you tried to hook it up to your Bluetooth, but no mention of the error msg, which should be "Rejected by the Versa Lite" this is because the user can not connect the tracker to the Bluetooth.
Your setup must be done through the Fitbit app.
