Syncing issues between apps

I have both the Fitbit app and MyFitnessPal. Recently I got the Samsung A50 to replace my old phone, and now it seems they're having trouble sharing info. I get calories burned on Fitbit and calories in on MFP, but I can't get both on the same app. I've checked several times to make sure they are connected, and they are. I didn't have this problem with my old phone.

MFP syncs with Fitbit through the accounts, not the Apps. This sync has nothing to do with the phone or what apps are on the phone. 

 

I'm not sure what you mean by both on the same app.
