Fitbit versa not sending notifications

My fitbit has been working for months and now all of a sudden it not receiving text or calls. I've tried everything. Restart. Turn off notifications then restart phone then turn notifications back on. I've even done factory reset on watch. Reset bluetooth on my phone. Any other ideas?

I have ATT samsung s9plus
