Showing I have notifications on app but when I open it there's nothing there.how can I resolve this?

Not sure which app your referring to, the subject says versa. Is this app on your Versa?

My fitbit is the versa and it's the fitbit on my phone that shows I've got a notification but when I click on it there is nothing.

Are you saying that the Fitbit app says that you have motif Icarus pending?? The Fitbit app should only be able to do this .'
