I am having syncing issues from my Charge 3 to my Galaxy S8. My FitBit app version is 2.84. My husband was able to sync my Charge 3 to his Galaxy S8, possibly because his FitBit version on his phone is 2.85. My Google play store does not offer an update on my Fitbit 2.84 version. Any suggestions on how to get 2.85 on my Galaxy S8 when Google play doesnt offer it? Thanks in advance.

Sometimes when a new version is available, it's sent out in batches. Not everyone gets it at the same time, but everyone will get it.

 

My version is the same as yours.

 

The update was on the 11th of the month, so I expect we'll get a push to receive it in the next week or so.

 

Nice to see a couple doing this journey together!
