Fitbit won't end a run

It's nearly impossible to end a run. I have to push run continuously for minutes for it to end.

Also your help forums are a mess. Do better. Where is pixel watch for label below?

It's for Google Pixel watch.  When I go to end a run, half the time it never ends.  I have to constantly keep pressing end until it sticks.

Hi, @nportelli, having started your run & got the display on your PW2 screen you swipe right & touch the ross on the display to stop the run & record it.

Yes, and that is what I'm saying doesn't work half the time.  I press end, it doesn't do anything and eventually goes back to the time and distance display screen.  When it does that I have to swipe right again and press the end button repeatedly for minutes just to get it to end.

I have this same problem. I can't end exercise sessions - runs. The end button shown in your screen shot is not active. It is not a hardware issue as I can choose any other button, swipe, use other apps etc. - I can do anything except end a run. This happens with 90% of runs, so the watch is currently useless.

This may be unrelated but make sure your fingers and screen are not wet. I have a similar problem on Sense/Sense 2 after running when I can't even scroll down to the 'end' option because the screen acts weirdly. This may be a reason (the screen gets wet outdoors and sweaty fingers don't help).

I'm having the exact same issue. The end button just doesn't respond. I feel like there should be a way to end the work out by pressing one of the Pixel's physical buttons
