When I stop an exercise I pause then press the green flag this brings up a screen saying "end this exercise?" at this point the Versa is unresponsive, both screen and buttons. It's just stuck on the "end exercise?" screen. I end up having to restart the watch and loose all the data from the exercise.

@JPM440 so it is actually a display that is unresponsive or part of it? If you try to open an app that's in the same spot as the end button for exercise, does it open or is it unresponsive? You can try performing a 3-button factory reset:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
If you're unsuccessful with factory reset, you will need to contact Customer Support as you might need a replacement device. Good luck!
Best Answer@JPM440 does it happen for all exercises or only certain types? Whats your Versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile version. Is it a new development? Did you install any updates? Are you using any 3rd party clockfaces?
Best AnswerHappens with all exercise types. Version 33.1.30. Tried with both Fitbit and 3rd party watch face, no change. This is a new development since the last upgrade. All other touchscreen options work fine.
@JPM440 I'm assuming a regular reboot does not help (pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes)? If several reboots in a row have not resolved the issue, I'm afraid you might have to restore the tracker to factory defaults (perform a factory reset). You will also need to delete your tracker from the Fitbit account (in the Fitbit mobile app) and your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a new device in the Fitbit mobile app. Good luck!
