Constantly having issues with my devices

I have owned a fitbit for the last 3 years, I started with the Charge 2, now I have versa, the reason of the change was that with the charge 2 after less than a year it stopped tracking my heart rate, this happened 3 times and I got a replacement, however I was tired of doing that and decided to upgrade to a versa, which I have own for about a year, again this is the 2nd time I had to asked for a replacement as it again stopped working and not measuring the heart rate, I dont understand why this keeps happening, I dont use my fitbit in a manner which could damage it, the versa even I dont get it into the water because Im afraid of it stopping working, so I dont understand. I have now to get another replacement, which is a pain, Im definitively not buying a fitbit ever again, when its time to upgrade or change my device I will go directly to apple watch or another brand I cant believe this continues to happen and no response given, yes I get a replacement but I would like the quality to be better and keeping my device with me.

I would not recommend this product to anyone

I'm on my 4th device since 2014, and the last 3 have been replaced at least once. They aren't made very well... it's sad because I love the fitbit community, just not their products.
