I had to get a new battery, charged it and tried to sinc it, but am having no luck! Help!

Hi @TeacherCindy welcome to the Community! Smiley Very Happy sounds too bad that your Flex is not syncing. But don't worry, if you are using an Android device, I suggest you to take a look of this post and follow the instructions there to make it sync.
