Hi,
Ever since my app updated to Android 2.89 I cannot sync the fitbit. I have tried every help topic and also deleted the app, told it to forget the fitbit. And now i cannot even connect the fitbit, it will go through to requesting a sync number and then fails. I have also tried it on 2 different phones from Android and apple, but to no avail.

I lost all the data for three days. But deleting the data on the watch since it updated has allowed it to sync.
Swype to settings, go to about and scroll down to clear user data.
