i had deleted versa from the phone and now resetting it up but it doesnt connect to the app on my phone

… or, alternatively, if your android is on Pie (ie Android V9) then you could have a skim through this thread (nearly 100 pages) which basically says there are problems with phones using Pie connecting to and syncing with some fitbit trackers
