I had to manually go in & change/update the time on my Fitbit but now I can't get it to sync up and update the correct time.....

How did you "manually go in & change/update the time on my Fitbit"?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Sgp2020. It's nice to see you around, @JohnnyRow.

@JohnnyRow Thank you for your support.

@Sgp2020 Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and would like to advise that the time on your device should be corrected when you sync it. I recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If you experience any difficulties with syncing, please try our complete troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If the device is still showing the wrong time after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps here

Hope this helps!
