I'm using fitbit to lose weight, I went to the gym yesterday and tried to log my steps and the steps didn't sync to my android phone. I tried to sync my steps again this morning and it wouldn't work. What do I do? Any help would be appreciated. 🙂

Mine's doing the same thing. It worked fine till I did the site updates. Now it says no tracker found and I'm holding it right by my phone. I've tried the suggestions on the help page with the exception of just reloading the app. Pretty frustrating.

I contacted fitbit via email and they said it's a Bluetooth issue. They
suggested I sync it to another phone or my computer. But I rarely get my
computer out once I'm home. I might just go old school and mark my steps on
my calendar.

So I just restarted the fitbit again and it is working now. So frustrating cause I've had it for quite awhile and never had a problem. Try the restarting thing, it has to be plugged into the charger and you have to hold the button longer than 10 seconds. Hope it works for you!
