Synced last night and set up. Now will not sync. Anyone have any ideas ?

I'll be happy to help you get your Fitbit to sync again.
The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article.They should definitely help in getting everything to sync.
In the meantime I'd like to ask what phone and what Fitbit is it that you are using?
