I got my charge 3 January 2019 and worked fine with my Samsung phone but since upgrading my phone to a Huawei phone it hardly syncs. Tried turning Bluetooth on and off and rebooting Fitbit but nothing. my help would be appreciated. Thanks

I assume you no longer have your old phone. I ask as sometimes an old phone can still have a bluetooth connection to the fitbit that interferes with the connection to the new phone. If you do have it then it's worth checking.
I note your new phone is a Huawei. Fitbit and Huawei do not seem to play nice. Some of them, especially some of the "Lite" models use a bluetooth that causes issues. Fitbit say:
"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:

Some though have been proven to work. There is a list of phones that have been shown to work at www.fitbit.com/devices
If your phone is not on that list then it means either that it has been tested and shown to not work 100% or it just hasn't been tested. So, if yours is not on the list it's worth using the Search function in the community to see if what others have posted about it.
