Versa not syncing for the past 24h hours

Trying to find out whether it's a problem between the Versa and my phone or between the phone and the Fitbit servers.

Last successful sync was yesterday 15:18 UTC

When I try syncing I get the red exclamation point. Have tried turning bluetooth off/on, completely shutting down the phone and turning off/on the Versa (holding left+bottom right buttons). None of this helped.

Another weird thing: the clock on the Versa is now 45 minutes late. This morning, when its alarm went of it was 20 minutes late (and I had to scramble to be at the office on time Smiley Mad)

Anyone else having troubles at the moment?

Same issue with my Charge 2. Last sync was as of 8 pm last night. It won't sync this morning, but is showing steps, etc. for today and they are no where near correct.

Now it's working fine. I didn't change anything. We will see how long this last...

I almost never have syncing issues but this morning I woke up to no sync and watch data missing from dashboard in app. It's probably happened 3 times in several years. I read people uninstalling the app and resetting the watch and unfortunately losing all their data. For me the fix has been very simple, I stick the watch on the charger for a few mins and take it off. This worked with my old charge 2 as well as my versa. If it doesn't work the first time try it again, no idea why it fixes the problem but hope it helps somebody else😁. BTW it has nothing to do with low batt, my batt was at 80%+ when the problem happened today.

Sticking the Versa on the charger worked. Sorta. It did sync (also setting the clock to the actual time) but then it didn't, not even when again putting the Versa on the charger.

This morning the clock had again drifted, now by one hour. Same behaviour as yesterday: getting a sync a few minutes after putting the watch on the charger, but no further synchronisation.

The Versa is going back, I have no use for a watch that doesn't reliably tell time.
