Fitbit ionic adidas the app prefer to firmware update but it didn't sync then I restart my fitbit and reinstall fitbit app in the same account yjat prefer to update tracker software all time and my fitbit not working

Thanks for sharing what is going on and that you have tried reinstalling the app.
I'd like to ask if you could take a screenshot of what you are getting and then post it in here as a reply. Also please let me know what phone is it that you are using.
In the meantime, maybe you could try to follow the steps listed in this help article so that your Fitbit syncs to your phone.
