I can’t figure out what app I’m supposed to get for my Fitbit or witch one I have .. could use some help !

Which app to use depends on what type of device you are using.: Android phone, iPhone, Windows 10, ...

I’m using iPhone but I don’t know what kind of Fitbit it is I got it last year and threw away the box totally forgot what it’s called

It is the same app for all Fitbits.  It is the Fitbit app.  On Android phones, one downloads it from the Google Play Store.  On iPhones, thee must be some Apple Store where you can download apps from.
