Like, I will never Log a Period. I'm sure men don't see this. I am 64, why do I have to see this? I want to make it go away!

You can remove tiles in the new look and you could also remove them in the old look of the app before the recent update. If you haven't updated you dashboard you need to long press on the icon and click on the minus. The new and improved dashboard has a edit button in top right and you just need to click the pink trash can icon next to female health to remove it. good luck.
