My fitbit3 is fully charged. It will not display on screen. Its connected to my android 7 device. Haven't had any problems, until I put it on my wrist and no display?

It seems to be a common issue where everything tracks ok but the screen on the Charge 3 remains blank. Usually, one of the following steps will get the screen working again:
