What are you trying to setup your fitbit on (phone, computer....)?

 

Are you following the steps in this setup guide?

If so, at what point are you having problems and what steps have you taken so far? With a bit more information we'll hopefully be able to help.

I have tried both my computer and my phone. I have the icon on my phone now but I can't seem to get the FitBit working.
