Flex 2 and Samsung 7

Got a Flex 2 for xmas and can't get it to set up on my Samsung 7 (very frustrating).  Phone says it is unable to communicate with Flex 2?  Can't set it up on my computer either, because it doesn't come with a dongle.  What and how does one set this up??

Unfortunately the Samsung 7 isn't showing on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so you may not be able to resolve this.

 

What OS is your computer running? If you are running Windows 10 and the computer has bluetooth then should be able to use it without a fitbit dongle if you use the fitbit app from the windows store.

 

If you do need a fitbit dongle then it might be worth contacting customer support to see what they can do help:
