Hi @ppalmeraz, good to see you around. I would like to see if you can share a screenshot to have a closer look of this issue?
In the meantime I recommend to log out from the Fitbit app, either you can force quit the Fitbit app from running in the background or you can restart your mobile device. Once your have completed the previous steps open the app and log back in and give it another try.
