My flex2 keeps adding steps when I am not walking. Got up to 18,000 yesterday did probably 10,000. Seems to be doing same today.

Hello there @BelleC, nice to see you as a new member of the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is not a notmal behavior, however I'm wondering if you are doing any additional activity that involves motion with your hands?
When working at a desk, cooking, or doing other arm movements, a device on your wrist can pick up some extra steps if it thinks you're walking. Many of these situations—such as working or cooking—do include a few steps in-between stationary periods so the device tries to give you credit for those steps.
If none of these situation apply to your scenario, perhaps preforming a restart on your tracker will do the trick. The following post will explain more in depth the steps to restart your Flex 2.
See you around and hope this helps.
