Flex2 not syncing while on my wrist & no lights showing when I tap. Has not tracked any steps for last 5 days or sleep pattern or activity. When I charge lights on & it syncs but still no steps being recorded, activity or sleep. It shows that fully charged. I have rebooted, turned off Bluetooth & back on again . Still no lights on when wearing or when tap

Hello @smilealways22, thank you for joining to the Fitbit Community! Is your tracker going unresponsive as soon you disconnect the charging cable? Also I'm wondering when you mentioned you have tried to rebooted already are you referring to your phone or your tracker?

 

If is your tracker unresponsive, a restart would be a good way to start troubleshooting this issue you are experiencing. In case you haven't tried, please give it a shot to these steps.

 

Keep me posted how it goes. I'll be around in case you need more help.
