Welcome to the forums!
I do not see you phone listed on the supported phones. So thats is why its not syncing.
Can you set it up on the computer until it is supported?

A warm welcome to the Community @Macbeth47 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
Keep in mind that your phone needs to be compatible in order to work properly with your tracker and Droid Z is not a compatible mobile device. You can try and follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
Catch you later.
