I've had my flex 2 for just over a week and it was synching fine until yesterday. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips, restarted my fitbit, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, turned the Bluetooth off and on and it's not helping. I've also turned on the Always Connected in the app. Any other tips?

Restarting the phone can sometimes help.
Also, try restarting the fitbit a couple more times as the process doesn't always work.
You could also try "forgetting" the connection to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings.
