Flex 2 not syncing with Samsung Galaxy

I've tried all the troubleshooting steps I've used in the past without any luck I've even gone a few steps further and tried installing the app on another phone but still no luck. I've restarted the tracker, installed the app restarted the device reinstalled the app and unlinked all other bluetooth devices and still nothing is working please help anyone before I give up and toss this thing in the trash and jump ship to another company possibly one with accurate GPS since I'm at it!

Thanks trying all of the steps that you listed in order to get your Fitbit to sync.

 

In this case I'd like to ask some questions:

  • What Galaxy phone is it that you are using?
  • Do you get some sort of error message when you try to sync?
  • Was it syncing correctly before?
  • If so, did you get notifications with it?
