Let me help you get your Fitbit to sync with your phone once again.

 

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article, in order. They should help you resolve any issues that you are experiencing with the syncing.

 

I'd also like to ask what phone is it that you are using to sync your Fitbit.
