Flex 2 won't sync - Tracker not found

Ever since it updated my flex 2 won't sync. It just says that the tracker isn't found, even though it's right there on my wrist. I've checked and no, it's not dead. It's frustrating because I recently took up softball and have been getting a lot of steps in.

Welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community @Cami04, it was brought to my attention you are not able to sync your Flex 2.

My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering how it goes, is the issue still persisting? If the issue continue, please review the version of the Fitbit app is updated to the most recent release. For more details, please review this post.

To address the syncing troubles, perhaps the following article will give you some extra help: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

See you later and hope this helps.

I think it might be something wrong with Bluetooth because my tracker won't
show up, instead it says "no paired devices available", while used to it
said "flex 2".
