Flex 2 won't sync after a month.

Flex 2 won't sync to android phone. I restarted phone and bluetooth. I deleted my car connection. I put my fitbit in as a replacement. I deleted and re-downloaded the app. And I finally broke 20 lbs this week.  Please help!

I was reading you have tried different troubleshooting steps to address this issue. So I would like to suggest the following post as a matter of review: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). You will find here all what is necessary for syncing issues including our list of compatible devices.

 

Just a quick update: make sure also to run the latest version of your Fitbit app. To the date of this post should be 2.61 for Android. 

 

To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:

  1. Tap the menu button.
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Tap Fitbit App.

I finally returned it and got a new one which works fine.
