I had a Flex 2 that stopped syncing on Christmas. I bought a new one today and the app still cannot "find" it. I'm using a Google Pixel with the most recent version of the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Any suggestions?

Same problem Here! Just stopped syncing yesterday. Can't get it to connect again. Turned Bluetooth off and on...restared my phone...nothing working. HELP!!
