Flex Not Syncing

My dashboard isn't updating with my steps but my challenge dashboard is. For example, I was running on the treadmill & it is stuck on 7174 but I'd get notifications about passing so & so. It eventually said goal met (10,000 steps) but dashboard is stuck on 7174

Welcome to the Community @Jen804. It sounds that your tracker is not syncing. I recommend doing a force sync from your Android Fitbit app by doing the following:

 

1. Tap Flex

2. Tap "Sync Now"

It was syncing in the challenges but not on my personal dashboard????
