I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I am having issues connecting my Flex. I contacted customer service & they deemed the first one defective so I exchanged it. Still the same issue. I have uninstalled/reinstalled app over & over, cleared the cache, reset fitbit, tried setting up new account and it still won't connect.

@LisaK13, is WiFi turned off on the phone? Often there is a conflict between the Bluetooth and WiFi.

I tried it with wifi turned off and still nothing
