Water intake fault on app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I entered a water intake log incorrectly, tried to delete it, and the app (android, latest version) WILL NOT LET ME DELETE IT.  I click on it, hit the bin icon, it disappears for a second on the next screen then pops back up.  Honestly - why bother with so many updates when something else gets broken in the 'fix'?  I've never used such a faulty app, ever.

Just checked on the PC dashboard, and it updated there no problem. Clearly an app fault.

Hey there! Thanks for the update @DeinGesicht! If you experience the same issue again, log out from your app and reboot your phone. Once your phone is up, log back in. This helps the app to restart and refresh the information correctly.

Catch you later! 😉

Why do we have to reboot our phones?  Why can't they program a delete key or accept a negative number.   I reinstalled the app on my S4 and that did not take care of the problem.  As yet I have not rebooted.  I will be doing that but rebooting is the most frustrating way to handle these glitches.
