Wont sync

My battery is medium strength and yet my device won't sync with me app. Don't know what to do.

@JWangsness, what Fitbit device do you have, and what device are you syncing it to?

I have a fit bit one and I have a Samsung 7 phone. I haven't had any issue up until yesterday
