Flex not syncing

Sorry - interrupted by a phone call and posted last entry unfinished! My Fitbit flex will not sync to my phone since last auto update of the app on my Samsung A3. It worked perfect before so was compatible. Any suggestions on what I can do please?

Hooray! Finally synced my flex to my phone! How when the app wasn't finding it? I re-set the flex whilst it was connected to the charger. There is a pin hole on the underside of the USB charger and when I put a pin into it my flex reset and bingo! It now syncs to my phone. Thanks to whoever it was that posted that tip! Sorry didn't get the user name. Posted here now to try to help others.

I don't see a reset on my flex

My fitbit flex doesn't have a reset pinhole. My bluetooth can find the device but the app can't.
